HEIC

Who wants to fidget with large raw files? A JPEG is good enough, and now we have 10-bit HEIC.

For outdoor exposures, I meter bright light with an 18% gray card and then push it up by one stop. This approach yields bright images straight out of the camera.

  • White Balance: 5,800k

  • ISO: 640

  • D Rage Priority: Auto (Fujifilm)

  • Sutter: 1/250 second

  • Aperture: f/14
